In March of 2010 Hal Whitlock, an elder at Berea Presbyterian Church in Hockessin DE, contacted Shoes 2 Share about teaming up with them to send shoes to a missionary couple in Kenya whose children were in need of shoes. We immediately jumped to the cause and began to collect and sort shoes that would fill the request.

Hal and members from his church came to volunteer and within a few hours we had over 140 pair of new shoes packed and ready to go. The shoes are due to arrive late summer or early fall. Attached are photos of the packed boxes going to some very excited recipients ranging from age 2 to 6 years old.
